On radio ACCENT 4 : "Petite Suite pour cordes et piano" Op. 13

This work was composed on June 1929 in le Touquet Paris-Plage (in the North of France), at the "Hotel Britannia". It is a quintet for strings (2 violins, 1 cello, 1 contrabass) and piano. It is in three parts and often performed with another Journeau's strings and piano quintet, "Nuits basques" written in Biarritz before this Suite.
