A new piano score: Impressions Très Fugitives
March 2016After a decade of entire musical silence, Maurice Journeau comes back to composing in the seventies. The Impressions Très Fugitives (Very Fugitive Impressions), composed in 1977, are written in a rather modern style for the time. They constitute a collection of six short pieces very much like musical miniatures. They have been dedicated by the composer to his son, the oldest of his four children (Editions musicales Fortin-Armiane, publisher in Paris).
